We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city center with shops just a short walk away. The views from our spacious suite on the 8th floor were breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful mountains. We enjoyed spending time at the onsite cafe and restaurant, which offered delicious food and the freshest breakfast. The staff, though they spoke limited English, were helpful and accommodating. The indoor pool was well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel could use a modern update as some of the equipment in the gym was old. our room did not have a mini-refrigerator, which we found inconvenient.

We had a great time during our romantic escape! the hotel location was perfect, being close to the main square and important tourist spots. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfy. We also loved the fact that the hotel had an indoor pool and gym which we enjoyed using.

We were disappointed with the quality of the breakfast, as there was not a lot of variety and the coffee was not to our taste. the staff's English was not very good, which made communication difficult at times.
